If you’re planning on watching the eclipse in August, NASA would like to ask you a favor. If you can, please download this app and use it during the eclipse.
NASA’s app, called GLOBE Observer, is a project by the agency to collect weather and environmental data during the eclipse. Primarily, NASA is interested in data on cloud cover and temperature.
