A fresh witness account has come to light in a new book and footage where a cop claims he was on duty on the night it happened.
In the interview Mr Fogus claims he saw a flying saucer smash into the side of a river bed and that the flying object was “100ft across”.
Describing the scene, he said: “When we got there, the land was covered with soldiers. They were hauling a big, creature.
“The bodies must have been 5 feet tall.
“I saw the legs and feet on some of them. They looked like our feet.”

HILLARY Clinton would likely have revealed aliens exist if she made it into the White House, according to the man behind a shocking documentary that has taken the internet by storm.
Dr Steven Greer, whose work to “get world governments to admit intelligent aliens are visiting Earth,” is the focus of the film is convinced Mrs Clinton knows more than she is letting on about the subject.
Dr Greer got $700,000 (£543,000) through crowd funding to make it happen, and it looks at his work with The Disclosure Project, set up to try to lift an alleged “truth embargo” on the existence of aliens.
Dr Greer said: “There’s no question in my mind that Hillary Clinton is aware of the issue.
